Having a drink now would be like flirting with death. Sounds appealing but I really do not need to go down that road.
2nd unexpected time sleeping at a hotel in a row. Deck renovations, sooooo much louder than I'd expected. At least the hotel is really close to here and in a familiar area. Doing it again tomorrow. First time I'd been in a hotel in 3 years, too.

Not even my parents know about my asd. I could never tell them let alone anyone else. They would not believe it anyway and even if they did they would just treat me as intellectually disabled or an invalid

Think of the "Peter Principle".

How persons in management were promoted to jobs they don't necessarily understand based on prior jobs they may have excelled at. That they often just appear to know what they are doing, even if they aren't.

Crazy, huh? It's ok to feel over your head on the job. it happens. But it doesn't necessarily mean you can't cut it, whatever you decide to do.

I already Catastrophising when I got to my new church thinking they were closed pacing for 5 minutes until someone came out. Now I am breaking bread with the pastor and new friends.
I just realized something: I have an attitude problem

I have a slight shopping addiction for specifically food, because I'm scared of famine, so I understand you. I have tones of food at home, yet I still go out and buy more, while instead I need to save money.
