This is my serpentine crystal egg, it's just as small as a small chicken egg.
I roll it around in my hand like a Chinese meditation ball

I pick up my little egg and roll it around in my hand and I stop rocking.
I don't know how to explain it but my energy is like a stormy ocean and my body is a ship so I'm always rocking around in the waves. My little eggy calms the ocean.
