A handy analogy?

To tell NTs how hard it is for me to do what they expect, I might try an analogy to a swimming duck. When you see one go by
it appears to be calmly gliding over the surface. I work hard at masking so that I don't alarm people, but as with the duck, there's a lot of frantic action just out of sight, and the system is maxed out.
