Does that mean you have an "army" of them or that your AM has an army uniform...?
full
That's how some British people designate what a soldier is !,for example he's ex army or he's navy, I'm probably speaking British slang or old English, not modern contract English (which is not really English but a code for contract law)

I don't intend to, but I keep getting these little figurines because I like them. I use my grandkids as an excuse to get them. lol Just like the happy meal toys. :)

I have an ever growing collection of plushes. They’re just kind of collecting dust on my shelf.
I also have a collection of cat figurines, but I don’t know where to put it.

I collect fashion dolls and a lot of them have articulation. I mostly am collecting the LOL Surprise OMG dolls since Barbie has dropped quality really badly the past six years.

I sometimes buy toys, action figures, and plushes of things I like when I have the money for them. I don’t have as much as I want due to my finances (as well as spending on other hobbies like books of all sorts and music CDs though I haven’t bought any new music since September) and I don’t have enough space to ideally store all the stuff I wish I could get but I have enough room for a handful more until I hopefully get my own place.

My latest purchases would be my Nanachi from Made in Abyss plush and the Yaveate and Mercurius from Gundam Wing Robot Damashiis. They weren’t cheap ($80+ for Nanachi and $200+ for the Yaveate and Mercurius) but they were worth the money to me. I wanted to support a local business for the first purchase and the second purchase was the cheapest I’ve seen from them for 6 years (They are also web exclusives from Japan so they were going to be costly for overseas collectors).

More for understanding humans but hoping to get large scale of the 11th Doctor Who and tardis(this maybe a metal kit )plus his sonic screwdriver ,I'd like all the doctors up to numbers 11 but don't have the space I'd like a scene of Foreman's lane supposedly east London where the first tardis was seen, to put the figures in.

I have a Buzz Lightyear I love and carry with me. I need advice, help finding something to carry him in. I need something with some body to protect him a little but is not heavy and will fit in a the water bottle pouch on my backpack.

I tried large soft drawstring pouches but no protection and hard to get him out of. I tried on my own but could not find a solution.

How tall is he?
How wide, at his widest (with his wings withdrawn)?

I started collecting plushies a few years ago, so my collection is rather small right now. Though it started with me sneaking my old dog plush/puppet from childhood when I moved out on my own, the thing is worn, falling apart a little, and missing some of its stuffing but it's got sentimental value so I took it.
I had to sneak it because my father most likely wouldn't approve of me owning plushies because "those are for kids, and you're a grown adult!", but I started collecting plushies once I moved out on my own because I realized that I still like them and am my own person in my own place now so I can go ahead and do so.. to heck with what my father thinks.

I am facing a bit of a conundrum RN though, as I got a cat earlier this year and I put most of my collection away because I was concerned he might damage them with his claws. That's still a concern, since he does have rather long sharp claws and he has been laying on my old dog puppet/plush, and you know he w cats do that one thing with their paws/claws when they're settling down to lay somewhere.
I would like to get them out so I can snuggle with them when I'm in bed, but I'm concerned he could damage them with his claws so I dunno what to do.

My cat is also an issue with my other collection I started around the same time as my plush collection.. LEGOs. As I feel I can't really display them like I used to because he might knock them over and break them.. I guess I can just rebuild them but still.
I do still have one of them on display still and when initially got him I would make sure he stayed off the dresser it was on but eventually I gave up on doing that because I'm not always there to stop him so he could go up there when I'm at work. After I stopped telling him off going up therebhe initially didn't seem to be hurting it as I had it out of the way a bit but recently I noticed a piece was missing from it, guessing he accidentally knocked it off when he was up there. I'm now considering taking it apart, both due to the kidding piece and because it's gotten dusty and the dusty pieces could maybe use a wash.
I've also considered playing with them but I dunno if my cat would interfere with that and wanna "play" too, that and I keep hearing a voice in my head tell me that I can't because I'm an adult.. though that's most likely my father's words being played back to me by my brain for whatever reason.

Despite being 39, I still collect plushies and figures. It just became a hobby over the years and it's just one of the things I enjoy the most. My room looks like a kid hangs out in it, but I don't really care. Just part of who I am.
