Because it's cheaper for them to make you bang the ice tray upside down on the counter...making you lose half of the cubs on the floor which you of course end up slipping on...which means you end up going for a ride in the ambulance to the doctor both of which the ice tray company own stock in.

Why is the Federal government so stupid and mean to us?
