My uncle died last wednesday and each day I am struggling to cope with this, the funeral is next monday which is a long travel to go all the way down to east midlands I just cant stop crying, I can't stop my cravings. I just cant deal with when someone dies.

Yes, try to be strong for the dolphins you love too. We're sorry. If we're not able to help you, we can always cry and feel with you.

The grieving process is difficult but there is light at the end ot the tunnel, takes 4 to 6 months

to get through the worst of it for most people.

Don't hesitate to seek out support groups or a therapist if you need to, a part of the pain will stay with you

always but you will get better.

That's tough. :( I lost my grandma not so long back. Where abouts in the east midlands are you going?

That sucks. :( I've ever had to deal with one loss - my grandad - before my grandma.

I`m sorry for your lost. But think positively; Our souls never die. We all will be born again in the future. Your uncle`s body might be dead, but his soul is not.

Well thats how I believe anyway. I believe in soul traveling.

Sorry to hear about that Kirsty, just keep strong and don't let anything get in your way or put you down.

I only remember few bits before my granddad had died, I still look back and think, if only he was alive to see how much I have grown up and changed over the years, he will always be a family member in my heart and I wanted to be just like him when I was younger to become a bus driver which buses was also my main obsession.

Have faith and stay blessed. :)
