Instant Messaging

I use instant messaging A LOT. I have a ton of friends-- just only online. :P If you use AIM or MSN feel free to PM me and I'll share my screennames so we can talk! At the moment my MSN isn't working and I use AIM more regularly, but within a week or two I'll get around to reinstalling MSN. Something just seems to be corrupted. I hate when that happens.
 
I use MSN quite a lot but I've started to appear offline more frequently because I've found it annoying when people want to talk and I'm busy doing something interesting.
There's a couple of people I keep in contact with via email and PM. I like that better 'cause there's less pressure to reply instantly.
Sometimes I go on chat rooms too, but I rarely say anything. I just like reading the messages. I can be on a chat room for hours and not say anything. It's not 'cause of shyness, I just don't like to talk via chat rooms because it's inconvenient but I find it interesting to read.

:( ^_^ :mellow: I have not so many friends... almost no reason to go IM-ing people. But I can sometimes enjoy talking to strangers and wrong numbers.
 
I use MSN all the time. Maybe sometimes e-mail. I have pretty much people to chat with in MSN but I don`t go out with them at all. At this moment anyway but we`ll see what happens in the future.
 
I used to use it quite frequently but now I just can't be arsed to use MSN, if I would only be online, it would only be because of my girlfriend.
 
I'm on msn a lot of the time. Used to be more in the past, now I only use it occasionally... and will use it less and less as time progresses, methinks. :P
 
The only thing I really hate about instant messenger is the nudges, especially on msn, I know people who constantly nudge me to piss me off... unfortunately i can't get rid of it completely, however I can stop it from shaking the screen, I find that TOO distracting.
 
I just block people like that.
I only ever fully close MSN when I'm extremely depressed and don't want to talk to anyone for a couple of hours. But that's basically it.
If I'm offline then either I'm just pissed off and want to choose who I talk to or something's wrong with my computer(or I just put it to sleep before going to sleep).

I have MSN, but only use it occasionally. In fact, I think I only really come online if I want to talk to someone I don't happen to have any other form of online contact with. E-mail is much better IMO.
 
Yeah, I used to use AIM/YIM etc and all sorts of clients a few years ago when other people used them. But now everyone seems to have stuck with just MSN. Which is.. convenient, to say the least. :D
 
I have msn...it's all I've ever had lol. I use it when Chris goes home on a Friday for work. That's about it.
 
I used to use it a lot but now I just log in and leave it and most of the time I don't log in at all.
 
Nudges aren't really a problem. Most of the people that actually used to do it seem to have grown out of it now anyway. They've always been disabled for me. :D
 
I use IM like there is no tomorrow. I really like using MSN the most. I rarely use AIM now, and don't get me started with YIM. I have friends on IM. :)

I am picky now.

Oh yea, I have you on my list... I should start spreading out to people more often... But once I hit 10,000 on WP and 1,000 posts on here, I might take a little break and start talking to people alot more on MSN. :thumbsup:
 
I use it every day, I mainly have friends from online but i have friends that live locally too. there people with special needs

I dunno, I see the sign-in screen pop up everytime Windows boots and just cba signing in.
 
I use it all the time. MSN, YIM and AIM but msn mostly. I only use nudges if the person isn't responding.
