mouse sleep

As far as I'm concerned, waking up with your head resting on the keyboard
isn't all that great, either.

Oh, wait.

You said "wake up your pc. "
Not wake you up.

I like my mouse.

Not really, because that's how I start up my computer. I give the mouse a flick. But can't you just turn that off, if it bothers you? 🤔

I wasn't even aware that was a thing mice did tbh. (I've used a laptop as my computer since I was like 12 so I really only use an external mouse when I'm gaming and I wake my laptop from sleep by opening it up)

It's not mean to wake up the pc because I walked in the same room as the PC does this not happen to anyone else

I never use sleep mode. I only tried it a few times back when we all had WinXP and it was a toss of the coin as to wether it would wake back up properly or just crash.

These days modern systems have much better power control which makes sleep mode fairly pointless. My screen swithches off if I'm away for 10 minutes and that's the only "power saving" feature I use. I quite often leave my computer running for days at a time but when I shut it down it's properly shut down.

I just hit a sleep-button on my keyboard. But the problem I have is that the cats are doing something to my computer when I'm outside. I come back inside and the computer is on and there's a cat on the desk. I think they might be ordering things and using facebook. 🤔 Maybe they are hacking something, I don't know what they are doing.

Yeah, I have a feeling of the same experience, it is especially annoying that it does it when the laptop is closed - like I close the laptop, it goes into sleep, then I move on the sofa and it powers up again (while closed) - Gave up, and always does a full power-down now...
