Hello,
I've recently began wondering if I have aspergers. I'm working on finding someone in my area who can assess and diagnose me. In the meantime, I'd like to chat with people and see what I can learn.

Do you have any particular questions? In the meantime if you have a good look around the site, particularly at the ‘new members’ threads, you’ll see a lot of questions from people unsure if they’re on the spectrum, and lots of answers too. No need to feel anxious... Confused sure, but not anxious :)
 
Welcome - glad you found us :) I saw you checked out the chat room a bit earlier and there was maybe no one there - sorry about that!

In any case, I really understand how posting publicly in a forum of strangers could be scary so you are certainly welcome to PM me if you just want to chat a bit, or whatever else.

You've definitely come to the right place, there are loads of nice people of all different ages and from all over the world on this website to chat with, many who are also wondering whether they're on the spectrum or people who are diagnosed, so you will likely be able to relate to and learn from some of the stuff in the threads and find great people to chat to :)
