Riddles

Next riddle:

I am I,
not U or me.
Seal me up,
after one stroke of pen.
Two words I am,
to solve me then.

What am I?
.

Not that. But ink could have something to do with it.
That's confusing, it could have ink involved? My thoughts involved paper and pen definitely (pen, stroke, seal, etc) so I'm lost now, other than reel off every word that could mean letter - not really a proper way to solve (plus i have some sort of mild aphasia or something, so need to use tools (searches etc) to find words).

I'd go for envelop but that would involve ink too.
First 2 lines look like letter play, but I can't fit them in at all, I only have 3 and 4 to work with.

If it confusing, great. That is how riddles work. Unfortunately, I think after you see the answer you may think it was too easy. Your first guess just needed to be more specific as a letter could mean 26 things

@FayetheAspie is the winner again! Riddle explanation: What am I? I asked that at the end of the riddle. That was partially answered on line 1. Add in the other tips, and the more complete answer I was looking for was: Letter I. Imagine I printed quickly an I with one stroke of a pen on a note and sealed it in a letter. That is why the answer and how ink could be involved

I sound like I
Yet of 3 thousand or more parts I am comprised.
What am I ?

Cool. When I saw 'U' then I fix on U, rather than it being one of any other 25, too specific for my literal little mind! 😊 Very good!

To me, precision would mean a part of an eye, but can't think of one that sounds like 'i'. Am I on the wrong track? Or am eye on the right track? 🙂
