Riddles

Okay then. I give up on this riddle. Where's the answer?
The answer is no to the question in the riddle, so you sort of win. :) It is a different version I created of the Harvard riddle, where 85% of those intellectual persons there got it wrong, but where children answered it mostly correctly.
