Anyone else fascinated by statistics to some extent? I love them lol. E.g. I'm always checking this site's traffic statistics/member and total post count and that kind of thing.

I used to be obsessed with religious statistics, and epidemiology. I'm not so much now.
I used to just ramble on and on about statistics when I had the chance.
This was when I had the tendency to remember large numbers for the lulz though. Me and my ex were racing to see how many digits of Pi we could memorise in x amount of time, rofl.
EMZ=]

Any statistic about religion really.
Mainly the prevalence they have in certain countries and world wide.
IDK why religion.
I just know that for around 6 months I spent every lunch time reading them.
:D.

Me, football and basketball statistics (of old and present players). But I guess that's quite commonplace ^_^. There's something else I do not recall.

Exactly this too, which I didn't recall just now. It did hit me epidemically as well. I also used to be interested in the stats of alligators and terrapins, and other hammering things. Savage time.

Awesome ^_^.
I had a specific focus on depression statistics too for some reason...

I guess most of the statistics I love in some way relate to money. Also experience gain in games like Runescape and WoW (when I used to play them).

I follow the statistics of the Autistic Community:
How many members each aspie forum has. How many users join each aspie forum every day. How many aspies attend Autscape & Autreat every year. How many results google gives for "Autistic Culture" and for "Neurodiversity" every month, etc.

I don't have a specific type of statistic that I like to remember or that I find fascinating.

I find the whole concept of statistics fascinating, and I probably would have enjoyed going into that as a career. Statistics and probabilities are about the only part of mathematics that I find interesting. I used to watch a lot of cricket and I'd sit there the whole time doing stats in my head - how may runs per over had been scored, how many required. What would happen if the team scored "X" runs in the next 10 overs, how many runs per over would they need after that. Stuff like that. I actually lost interest in the game to a large extent when they started making all of those stats pop up on the screen every couple of minutes. When I went on my gambling streak a few years ago I got really caught up in probabilities. When I'd get a few wins in a row I'd be working out the exact probability of that happening.

I have dyscalculia. Numbers make me barf.

(Not really, but I am generally oblivious of their existence since they mean nothing to me anyway.)

Statistics? I'm starting to really hate that word. I'm definitely not looking forward to the class starting in a couple weeks. What's the probability that I can actually pass this class with flying colors? Idk! I'm going to have to actually pass the class first to statistically know!
