What did you have for breakfast ?

1/4 of an apple
two corn tortillas
unspecified amount of PB
5 oz thicker 'creamy' style almond milk

have you tried making milk from pb or almond butter? Before I became allergic, it was something we did, a lot.

I have used:
cashews
oatmeal
almonds

When I made oat milk, I used the sludge
(the whirred up oatmeal after it had been
soaked and squeezed)
for the wet part to make biscuit things.

oat milk is so so so good. creamy. no bitterness. Oh it's lovely.

i would play with a little of our ashkenaz heritage and call it "oyt milk" to make my daughter giggle.
 
Experimental breakfast today:

shredded wheat

Pulse = 112

Some feeling of dread/anxiety/shakiness.(Not visible shakiness, just the feeling)

Was the last shredded wheat I had left. Two regular sized biscuits.
One T almond meal
1/4 t. nutri yeast
one tsp. applesauce
5 oz almond milk

Bearable, but not going to become a habit.

One tsp pb five minutes afterward, and a glass of cold water.
 
Leftover spaghetti and meatballs. Well, the sauce was left over. I made new noodles.
 
1/4 cup oat bran
6 oz water to cook it in
T. blueberries
2 tsp. almond meal
T. nutri. yeast
4 oz. almond milk
salt
cinnamon

I have the same each day which is what I have had forever, 2 weetbix with banana well I add banana now that or often I just prefer it plain with honey and milk. I used to have three but now I do not feel as hungry and also because after that like when I feel like it I have a piece of toast with peanut butter either crunchy but a lot I prefer smooth but smooth can have sensory issues when I feel sick.
Because I always lick the knife too because peanut butter so good.
I eat margarine off knife's too, I have always done this.
And sometimes it is because I put too much on and do not want to waste it.
You know you could survive for a while during an apolypse on spreads, peanut butter is very nutritious and if you had a strong stomach you can survive on butter as long as the electricity still worked which it may not be if covid got bad, it is lard like fat and it has calcium so it might support those with a string stomach.
Or just like a little bit of spread depending on how long u had to last.
