Being a different person at school

So a few years ago, in my first day of high school, my mum had told the form teacher about my asperger's and how I have trouble talking at school.

The form teacher later told the class that I have a disease that affects my voice box which means I can never talk.
I was pretty mad when I heard that.
So I would hear students saying that I couldn't speak at all and I would hear their friends going "really? can he not?".
I thought to go to the teacher with a message about how angry I was and to tell her that I COULD speak and that I just needed confidence to do it, which was the truth.
But instead I thought, "hmm...maybe I could have some fun with this! :D".
After all, no one was bullying me about anything anymore. I guess that since I supposedly had a speech disease, they thought that I was already in a bad way, so they saw no point in bullying me.

So I went with not talking and whenever someone asked if it was true that I had a speech disease, I wrote "yes".
I felt like I was being an actor. I was a totally different character at school. At home I was myself.

But then one day I decided to give everyone a heart attack by freaking them out with a recording of my voice. :D
How surprised everyone was! I couldn't stop laughing about that! :D
