Gooooo Nuts! ha.

I may have mentioned this. I don't know, I can't keep track It's very likely at this point that in addition to other foods, I also likely have tree nut and peanut allergies. wtf.
reaction:

NOPE.

And yeah this is like, eyes itchy and swelling, skin itching, nausea, headache, itchy throat, neuro symptoms, joint major ouch stuff. Oh. OOPS.
So, because now the realization is the allergy stuff is causing way more than what I initially thought I am recommitted to not eating the stuff my body hates. Which could help- particularly with the nut discovery. Like, it could be at least half the physical health crap. I can't even imagine feeling physically 50% better consistently. i would just take that.

Which means no dairy, gluten, eggs, soy protine, tree nuts, peanuts.

I've done it all before very strictly minus the tree nuts and peanuts. I was saying I needed a project...

Anyway it is expected that once my body gets itself together I can just stick with the nuts and the gluten [which is forever and ever amen].

Clearly by photo I am such a happy camper about this. Cleared out cupboard and fridge and gave offending food to someone else already though. ...um... adventure?

This should keep me busy for a while.
Also seeing therapist today and texted pdoc. Don't want to do either, but messaging some of you has helped me kind of "gear up" to do that so thank you for encouraging me to message and communicate and such. <3

Ok I knew there was a reason I hadn't ditched this therapist after four years.
Seeing him helped.
That was a good idea.

Ha. Ok so I had gluten free granola... with almonds. Didn't realize gf granola with almonds... meant with almonds I guess.

Even when I was feeling not so great in the way I do with nut stuff, I was like "WHAT could I possibly have eaten? NO idea!"

...super late at night "oh. gluten free granola with almonds. YUP."
ha. Solves that.

At least that's better than Nal having to cut out tomatoes and then going to buy gazpacho- though he was eating it in front of me and it occurred to NEITHER of us until he was like half way done and was like "mmm mouth feeling weird? OH."
