GI Issue?

another emeto warning!

So I get nauseous a lot. It's indiscriminatory. I could be eating, drinking something, smelling something, standing still (lol), and I'm nauseous. It sucks, because I did ask my doctor about it beforehand, and she gave me meds for it, but they gave me horrible headaches. So out of fear, I flushed them. Mainly because they tasted like candy, and I didn't want to be tempted. But now I don't know what to do. Is it the food I eat? Is it olfactory input? I just don't know! Again, I'm hoping I can ask the new doctor about all this.

How often do you eat?
Do your ears ring?
Are you allergic to anything, that you know of?
Do you ever feel thirsty?

I eat 3 meals a day, including snacks between lunch and dinner. My ears sometimes ring, I believe, if high pitched "squealing" is what that is. I'm not allergic to anything, no. I also don't usually feel thirsty, and I should probably drink more in general, including water.

Hopefully you have gotten somewhere with this. I was like this for years. Always worse when driving, but many times it would be random when I was just sitting. Almost always worse shortly after I ate. Some things that contributed to it:
Too low of acid - I was taking baking soda to prevent acid reflux. But it was too much.
Hiatal hernia - food doesn't go down completely. I've been trying to get this taken care of, they already confirmed I have it.
Bowel restriction - I had this for many years, it finally landed me in the hospital last year. Since the surgery it is not near as bad.
H Pylori in the stomach can cause it too. Supposedly Pepto Bismol kills it, at least it says so on the bottle.

Thank you! I'll do some research on these and other things. Hopefully, I get answers when I ask my doctor!
