It is known that American universities are the best in the world. They have a mix of private and publicly-funded institutions - which, with incentives to raise research output, will attract more resources to expand individual universities' comparative advantages in their research areas.

I am thinking whether we can deregulate education and the healthcare sector, to make them more accessible and effective to the wider market.
