Well we all slept pretty terribly apart from my sister who got a whole double bed to herself not to mention the new years partiers who woke me up in 2018 ugh. It’s raining a lot which is a good thing apart from the fact we are in a campervan (glad we don’t have our shrinking tent) and mum forgot her rain jacket so heading into New Plymouth to sort out that situation yay trip to camping store not much else to say for now it’s raining kinda cold and not great for photos so blah. Oh and I HATE showering in public showers it’s so awkward wearing shoes not to mention the pressure was so hard and it was sensory hell not worth the dollar it cost.
So my computer died and we didn’t get power last night so I am writing this a day later, I got promoted to the front seat for the drive to New Plymouth as the families designated photographer so that was pretty cool only I had to time all photos with the window wipers which was kinda a pain but I think I still got some pretty cool photos. Driving in the front seat I noticed the super friendly campervan culture around here everyone else who drove past waved at us. We ended up in New Plymouth nothing was open though but got to see some pretty cool museum exhibits and go for a walk around the town which was fun back on the road we stopped off at a lighthouse museum which was honestly kinda disappointing but onwards we went and ended up here at Opunake which has a pretty cool beach which we walked along then went for a walk along the cliff front back to the camper and then off to find dinner which was surprisingly hard to find everything being closed and all but we had some Chinese I mostly ate chips some chicken but I had some OCD troubles at 4am from that so I think I’m done with chicken for this adventure.
Well I’d like this all to be super happy but the truth is being away from home is hard for me especially in these conditions I’m in a wobbly camper so I can’t stim or the whole thing will wobble and its hard and my family is so close and they are annoying sometimes I don’t know.
Well that was about my day I guess so theres that
