Dealing with OCD

I know I'm straying away from the topic of Asperger's and Autism, but I wanted to know if anyone has these disorders and how you guys deal with them? I deal with mine by meditating or praying each day for at least 10 minutes. Throughout the day, I do go through anxiety and stress so I work out and train. (Even though it's been a couple of weeks since I last did them, but that's another story for another time). What do you guys do? How do you deal with your OCD? Let me know.

Thanks,

The Screaming Deer

I was starting to reply but got distracted. A Screaming Turtle? Or The Screaming Deer? I have screaming frogs, for real, and it's disquieting to realize how frightening they find me.

I have a multitude of conditions and use a multitude of solutions, including the ones you use.

It's really random, I know. Lol I created a user name to be a little humorous. As for the screaming deer part, I made that up for gaming on my ps3, but I rarely get on there nowadays. I would change my username, so that people could take me serious, but I can't. Oh well, thanks for the feedback though, :)!
