Feeling down

I missed work yesterday because my brain wasn't feeling well. I went to work today but barely made it through and now I'm getting ready to go to class tonight. I'm learning American Sign Language and have to attend a 'silent' dinner tonight for class. I feel too tired to go but need to go so I get a good grade. Hopefully it won't be too long because I have other things I need to catch up on.

I'm in the process of trying to figure out if I'm just tired or my depression has hit again. The symptoms are similar in the beginning. Next week is spring break for the school I work at so I get next week off. I'm hoping my mood gets better and I don't feel so exhausted. I know there are some things I could do to prevent my depression from getting bad, but it's hard to fit in when I have so much to do already. Hopefully I'm just tired and a week off will help get me back on track.
