Gonna buy a small, cheap scale after work today. Idk how much I weigh but I've gone from size 4 to 6 and can't fit the shorts I bought this summer anymore so I really wanna know. Internet says taking height into account that my body weight should be at minimum 92-94lbs cause i'm just under 5ft tall. I was an underweight picky eater as a child, you see. I'd feel more comfortable at 90lbs or even 85 cause that's what I was as a teenager but we'll see. I want to be skinny but not to the point that I'm cold easily. With a scale I can have solid numbers to work with. I'm gonna track what I eat too with one of those free food diary phone apps.
I'm also gonna do some googling and try and figure out a simple home no equipment workout routine. Nothing big just some 30 minute thing i can do on the daily. My mom might have equipment but its off limits pretty much cause its for her and clients. I don't know how to use it anyways. I'd track the exercising but its hard to find a reliable looking site with exercises i'm familiar with and could do all on my own. Some I know of from my mom's sessions with clients but they are not in the lists.
