Living in the Now

I tend to live one day at a time. It makes a lot of things more manageable. (It also means I don't end up laying many plans, although there's no logical reason why, so I probably could just start planning.)

I don't live completely in the Now, as it is often overwhelming and requires meticulous filtering. I sometimes wish I did. Actually, I have very conflicting feeling on this particular subject. I want to live in the Now, I just find it painful to constantly do so.

Maybe I should start Zen meditation. My brain always feels hungry if I don't read, but maybe if it were for a set period each day.

Willpower.
