Human Interest = HI
Non-Human Interest = N
This list follows the order in which these 12 were made.
3 N, 7 HI, 2 N.
I am categorizing the Haiku x1 as HI because it has phrases that make up haiku.
It follows the pattern I tested with 5/7/5, the prototype for my haiku construction.
N = animals + numbers 1-30 and alpha
N = alphabet - A + number 1 through 25
N = 5/7/5
HI = HAIKU x1
HI = Platonic Hug Generator
HI = What not to say to: I love you
HI = Hey---I love you, he said.
HI = Wanna play?
HI = HAVE YOU GONE TOO FAR? ARE YOU TOO FAR GONE?
HI = He said, "I love you'
N = CLICKBAIT 1
N = CLICKBAIT
The first two N I made just to practice.
The 3rd is the haiku prototype.
I used the prototype to make a generator that can produce over 11 thousand
unique haiku formatted results. Whether they should be considered poetic
may be debatable.
The 'Platonic Hug Generator' is a sort of bridge between the N works, toward the HI.
The hugging isn't romantic, but does involve humans.
There are 3 works featuring the word 'love.'
All 3 of them are pop-up/no recombining of phrases.
So, although the titles appear 'deep,' they aren't meant to be serious.
There are 2 of these and then
I indulged in an innocent fantasy construction of children's plans
for playtime together.
This was followed by the cynical diagnostic effort,
'HAVE YOU GONE TOO FAR? ARE YOU TOO FAR GONE?'
There is no escape from being evaluated in a negative way in this work.
There is one more in the 'love' series and then the two CLICKBAIT efforts.
========
Eventually I may be able to code the entire body of work.
The categories will be more detailed than just the two I have used here.
I know that I work in themes, variations of and away from themes.
Some of the later items are parodies.
There have been times I felt very frustrated by the works I have seen, or
remarks/attitudes expressed within them, or the occasional current event.
Then I work on something that, to me at least, speaks to those situations.
By speaks to, I don't mean that I imagine the people who I find annoying are
looking at my work. I mean that I find some relief in constructing an item
that exceeds what has annoyed me. It gives me a sense of being able to
control what I actually can't control.
