SPD or something else?

I have a question. In the winter time when the weather is very cold my legs get very cold then unbearably itchy. is this a symptom of SPD or possibly something else. I know i should see a doctor, but for now i'm just cross referencing things that happen to me and see if they match with things that happen to others

Dunno if it's what you are experiencing but it sounds like cholinergic urticaria -- itching and hives in response to things like extreme stress and temperature changes.

When my skin goes suddenly from hot to cold or cold to hot, it becomes unbearably itchy and I get a horrible red blistering rash. It's basically the same type of skin reaction as in an allergy, except in response to sudden temperature change. It's not a sensory processing thing.

allergy to cold that sounds interesting and possible. its been happening to me since i was 19 years old so its possible. even on days where its maybe 72 and just at that right temp where its a little cold ill get the itchy thighs. I thought it might be something in the spring air but then it happens in winter too. thank you for your response. ill look into urticaria
