The Birthday Party

Like many aspires, parties are a confusing, complicated mindful. So much sensory input go on from the popping of bottle corks to the intensely painful feeling of being a squished into a tiny space like sardines in a can. With the added thing of small talk parties are a confusing thing which I try to avoid.

However today I had a party I had to attend. Today was my sisters party. I felt so much anxiety going in however I stepped back too a breathe and walked in and realised it was all okay I could stay in the corner and let those I felt comfortable around into my bubble.

So with a few air breaks I got through.
