My study still life made of objects collected from my attic
All the books in the study are local history to the area I grew up in.
The coffee grinder was from my family and the whiskey flask was my Grandfather's from the two years he attended college and was forced to go to work to support his parents after his father lost a leg in the same mill he went to work for. WWII was in full swing at the time and the Homestead Works provided most of the steel used in the war. The United States Steel Building in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania USA was the ultimate destruction of the mill when they rolled the core10 monster beams for the construction of the building. The Pittsburgh Steelers football team is a tribute to the Steel City's former industry.

QVC is in Pennsylvania too, Nitro! Just saying.

You could probably tell some great stories by the campfire! I could look at that picture for hours.
