Vinca I love the raw garage setting. We call this a mock-up of the final build.

This bike has a foot operated clutch and a gear shift that is operated by hand by the fuel tank instead of the evolution to a hand clutch and a foot shifter.

Nitro So, will most, or even all modern bikes have a hand clutch and and a foot shifter? Is there alot of variety, amongst older bikes, as to where the clutch and gear shift are located?

All modern bikes have hand clutches and foot shifters now. The British bikes often had shifters operated with the right foot, and some Harley-Davidson Sportsters were built that way for a few years trying to capture the market of British riders. Most bikes now have the left foot doing the shifting chores as well as the left hand depressing the clutch.
Early foot clutched bikes were referred to as suicide clutch bikes due to the fact that there wasn't a detent to keep the clutch disengaged when the bike was stopped, requiring the rider to keep it disengage during a stop. That didn't allow for placing both feet on the ground when it was needed most.
