    Hi Tree, I am from the midwest (NW Indiana). Yes, "you guys" and "Y'll" (not y'all) are how I address everyone :)

    I am in NW MI, Lower Peninsula, about at the base of the fingernail of the ring finger, [mitten/MI = left hand.] The 3rd alternative I use is "you inclusive" but that's not due to regional influence.
