    I think I’m screwed.

    I come from a country that takes showers every day. It's not harmful, but necessary due to high temperatures. I know it's exhausting. But I do try to at least clean with soap and water the necessary parts at least. But if you can't maybe adult diapers are the only options. Good luck!
