    Spending too much money on special interests?

    I find using an "exchange" system works for when I think things are getting impulsive, i.e. if I want to buy 'x' thing then I have to give away / sell / throw out something else to "make space" for it. Helps me re-evaluate what things I would rather keep or whether there are things gathering...
