    Yeah.... in 6th grade my parents sent me to one to figure out why my grades started dropping sharply (which ended in continued therapy for my father) and when I went to college, I started therapy regularly... jeez, probably been since my late teens, really. Pretty sad. But yeah... major depression and anxiety issues have been long time companions. So.
