  • pobol y cwm -people of the valley I learned it because it's a BBC radio program in the welsh language, it became very popular and turned into a TV series ,I saw it a couple of times and then it disappeared.

    No, but I have croeso, and I sometimes remember the days of the week. And I always remember the word for potatoes because it’s “tahtoes” and i think thats just cute

    It’s actually a reference to Watership Down! In the book, which is about rabbits, “hrair” is the rabbit word for any number bigger than 4, because rabbits don’t usually need to count very high. It’s a part of the name of the rabbit god “Elahrairah” or “Prince with a thousand enemies.”

    I’m also trying to learn welsh though. I think it’s a very pretty language. I only have a handful of words down so far.
