    FUDGE! Why don't people text me back? What am I doing wrong?? Why do I always seem to become too much? I feel so rejected and lonely it hurts.

    I know when Im unwell these kind of things hurt a lot more and I will read into it way more. Everything appears to confirm my worthlessness. People are flawed, are busy, they could be having a bad time or whatever. That they dislike you in some way is only one of many possibilities. There are so many it's difficult to know why they didn't reply.
