Well, I am 48 yo, divorced, have a 14 yo daughter who lives with her mother. My daughter was recently clinically diagnosed with AS. I never heard of it before. After some online research and taking some online tests, I realize I have it too.
I have had many jobs over the years. Joined the Marine Corps out of high school. I was a machine gunner and an embassy guard. Then I worked security at a DOE nuclear weapons plant in Colorado, Sheriff's deputy for 9 months in Ft. Worth,tx. Hated it! I worked in the jail. Then did security at an IRS building in Austin,tx. Got laid off. Did security for various computer data centers in Austin. Got burned out with security, so became massage therapist/Reiki master. Did that for 5 yrs. got tired of dealing with the public.
I'm taking a break from working. Want to develop an interest into a way to make money. I full-time in my RV, so I travel around while I enjoy life.
I sure wish I knew AS earlier in my life. It would have explained things a lot better. But at least now I have a baseline to work from now.
Hiking,camping,reading,primitive survival skills,edible/medicinal/useful wild plants, learning to play guitar, working out(p90x!),
