My coworkers at a past job did a training like that, and still did things like telling me I “act white” and always directed Spanish-speaking customers my way, even though I don’t really speak Spanish :/ But I think it’s good to teach people anyway, and I’m sure you will be respectful :) My coworkers at that job were mostly “influencer”-type teenagers…
