The one I take can be any time as long as its dark outside but I'm taking a stronger dose at present

Sometimes the stronger doses are worse if you miss them. But that makes sense

I have to write it down or set an alarm usually. I’m forgetful!

Yes oh do I know that!but I take an SSRI through the day so its not as dramatic

What works for me is darkness and remembering NOT sleeping!

Oh, I understand :) SSRIs didn’t really work for me so I have to take something that’s usually prescribed for something else. Don’t want to be super specific publicly.
