Sorry to hear this. It's been a rough week for me. I have a 500 dollar medical appointment coming up. It sucks.

Hugs to both of you. Luca, it sounds like your anxiety is as bad as whatever condition you have medically - are you getting any treatment for anxiety? Sounds so crippling. This is when I wish I could pop by with a hug and a casserole and some distractions like a funny movie. Or a sad one!

Take care...seek medical help if required. I once had a girlfriend with such issues...with her occasionally in a lot of pain.

I know chronic issues are tough. Try to break it down to priority sequence and work on things with doctors one at a time.
