hope it get´s better soon. does antihistamine help? it only helps when it´s allergic I think.

Antihistamines aren't usually prescribed for eczema. I have topical treatments but sometimes I'm not that good about using them. Which is probably why it's flaring up right now. Eczema isn't contagious lol

I grew up with eczema. It was triggered by all sorts of things mostly things everyone would eat and I couldn't. Most triggers have gone now but a few remain and one (corn/maize) now triggers every time.

That's awful, I'm sorry! :( Some people grow out of it as adults but I haven't. I'm lucky that I don't have a lot of food allergies, they're the worst! And corn is in everything! :(

It's far worse when you have no idea what is triggering it. Maybe have a look and see if you have eaten something different to normal, yours could be a food allergy. By a different token it could be a soap allergy.

I was actually wondering if maybe soap triggered it! But it could be a food allergy too. I'll try taking away some foods and shampoos and see if it changes.
