A simple recipe I was given when I first started printing, none of the chemicals I worked with were very kind to the poor old dermis.

50/50 Glycerine and Lemon Juice.

Lemon juice opens up the pores and lets the glycerine in. The glycerine is like a fertilizer for the new layers of skin growing underneath. You'll have thicker and healthier skin within a couple of weeks.

I <3 using pure aloe gel as a serum prior cream, great for my sensitive skin. Hyalu so hydrating makes my skin glow. Rose is healing, cleansing and hydrating. Green Tea is good for skin conditions, unclogs pores. I also love lemon juice masks. Might be using a honey mask, since I've been sick I've stopped touching my products

Apparently cbd oil is very good for severe skin diseases or other diseases doesnt have inorganic chemicals in it that imbalance the derma .

Stay off caffeine it dehydrates .

Next summer when its above 50° temp, do a raw fruit ,veg detox , for a week at most, don't do it in early autumn or upto early spring, you need heat, so you don't need to move as often and won't need a lot of calories, you can eat avocado

I went for an entire summer thinking maybe I had stomach cancer or something equally weird,
and it turned out I was allergic to bananas. I had really liked having yogurt with bananas for
breakfast. With almonds. The good ol' yogurt, nuts, & fruit combo.

Foods are interesting. Being sensitized by not being exposed to food or other biochemicals until after parts of the immune system matures (and distinctions between self and non self are locked in) is associated more with children from very clean homes than dirtier homes.

Glycerin is so intense it makes my palms sweaty, draws moisture from either air or the flesh to the dermis incredibly, I sweat like the glycerin soaps lol. That's why I dislike it especially on my hands in high glycerin content hand creams. Some film producers use it on actors to produce sweatiness.
