Poor Hex. I hope the vet works with you. I remember a furball cost us 2000 dollars. Our baby had impacted intestine. He was a rescue cat with a penchant for lobster. So sorry.

Have you thought about language teacher for Español? I went online and paid for 30 mins. It was fun. It's done remote only.

I don't speak good enough Spanish to be a Spanish teacher lol... and my current job is very time-consuming but I make a lot of money. I also do have pet insurance but my parents said they can help me pay for the surgery.

My best wishes for Hex. I hope for you, too, so that your anxiety doesn't spike with worry. After the results of the stress test today, I think it is possible that stress cardiomyopathy inflamed an underlying condition.
