Dog V4 isn't especially well trained. He trains other people he meets on his walk to give him treats.

My sister had a blue healer that used to hang out at the local shopping centre. He'd walk old people home, they'd give him a biscuit, then he'd race back to the shops and wait for more old people.

Same goes for children these days. I never allowed my daughter to run or play contact sports in stores. However, l also gave my daughter plenty of playground time.
