I just found out a friend of mine who I was worried about due to his mental health issues is dead. He most likely did something stupid.
I feel like going to the mini mart next door to my office and buying something high in sugar and low in nutritional value. That would be counterproductive to my plans to keep losing weight, however.
On my break at the job right now, craving a bottle of Dr Pepper from the mini mart but denying myself that.
Thanks to everybody here. I needed to vent, you all let me vent. Now it is time for me to focus on solutions instead of the problem.
I am aware that a large part of my depression is caused by chemical imbalances. I am not going to do anything stupid because I have that knowledge in mind. I talk to my doctor on Tuesday.

My family is made up of a couple of narcissists who are NEVER wrong and an army of enablers. Whatever. They are going to do what they are going to do from a good safe distance from me.
I am working from home today because my knee hurts way too much for me to be able to walk to the bus stop, and that sucks. -
