Ramen is always a good go-to comfort food. I've not seen Shin Gold. Something similar I like from COSTCO is when they have a Shrimp Wonton Tom Yum soup. 5 shrimp in wonton in a spicy broth that pulls no punches. A ramen I really want to try is Tsukemen Ramen. The noodles are seved separately from a thick dipping sauce. That was a central motif in the documentary Ramen Heads.

Spicy broth that pulls no punches just might be what I need to clear up my breathing passages!
