I've always been very sensitive to the weather, it's handy most of the time.

It's certainly handy to have some sense of when bad weather is coming. On the other hand I wish it wasn't painful. Why can't it make me feel really great instead 😸 That would be fun and I could do with a bit of a pick me up right now lol!

I can smell rain in the air often a couple of hours before hand. So if I'm any semblance of normal perhaps it is? :-) I sometimes think it's raining when it's not because of the smell if that makes sense?

It kinda smells like the sort of smell you get when you boil a kettle. Not immediately after it's boiled but if it's recently boiled and you walk near it. That's assuming this isn't an experience unique to myself (?) 😸

It's quite frustrating trying to describe the smell, eventually I thought of poster paint. It's not quite the same but it's the closest I can think of. Also a bit like when you soak wallpaper to help stripping it from the walls.

To me it always smelled a bit like burnt tin, that blown transistor smell. After spending a few days camping in a desert region in the north of my state I noticed that I was able to smell water from miles away, that same burnt tin smell.
