I am glad to hear that your anxiety is improving, Xinyta. Anxiety can be an all consuming and disabling thing, especially when it becomes a disorder, such as GAD.

Thank you @Rodafina and @blitzkrieg. The difference is stark. Going from a endless bombardment of anxiety, to mental silence. It's still an adjustment. But It made me aware that may reactions to things are not anxiety based, but purely conditioning. Now that the anxiety fog is lifted, I have the clarity to start cleaning up the psychological mess.
