There are 201 ranks in the link I provided. In 100th place, halfway down the table, for males, the average height in Taiwan is 5ft 8 and a half inches. I would say that is average. A small difference in any case.

That would be the median number anyway, I can't be bothered working out the average, but I think it is in a similar range.

You guys aren't taking into account age groups. I'm in the UK, and the number from there includes all males that are 16+. Zoomers are tall. Stop deceiving people.

Those looksmaxxing videos saved my life. My diet is perfect now because of them. I look much better, have more energy, understand human nature more, etc. They've shown me a lot of truths of this world that many work to hide so they can deceive people. One truth is that normies do think like that, just that they are unaware of it and lie for social conformity reasons.

The raw carnivore diet is a very niche thing. The looksmaxxing community is probably the most popular way to get there. It's more than normie tier advice, which is really just something like eat vegatables and 'the healthy things from the supermarket'. Nothing from a supermarket is healthy.

To be healthy? Because I know mothers healthy? I'll ask them that right now. Carnivore diet isn't that niche. Jordan Peterson's daughter popularized it and at least in the states it's associated with a branch of keto. It's not some super secret internet club.

I think I'm just going to back off of this. Nothing wrong with being healthy and getting fit, but being 5'9" isn't the end of the world. You still can walk and exercise and be able to do those things.
