Sorry, wasn't familiar with that before. I did discuss this with my mother, she thinks it is a great idea, she can't stand him, either.

Wanted to share this real quick: Landlord actually felt bad for once, and got a hold of a plumber that will come tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!
