I think they a variation of thier respective species. They could be hybrids, or bioengineered in general.

But I do agree. Baby carrots are really good. They are great for dipping in ranch or whatever dipping sauce others like.

A baby-cut carrot, or mini-carrot (manufactured baby carrot), is a small piece cut from a larger carrot, peeled and shaped into a uniform size.
Confusion occurs when baby-cut carrots are mislabeled as "baby carrots"

Those little tiny corns are corn, they're actually just the same as regular corn on the cob - just harvested when they're still small and immature.
