    When I used to be severely depressed, I had persistent feelings of being dead, that life has no meaning and felt like nothing is real. And I wonder if it similar to Cotard Syndrome, but with self-awareness.

    Mental Retardation Unspecified. It used to be a clinical term until some people started using it as an insult.
