Today I was urging myself to do this but didn't complete it. I will make my list and return. Well, the goal is postivity but if you feel you must add negatives to expe;ll feel free but don't overun.
 
1 & 2: dogs and cats
3: music
4: green growing things
5: indoor plumbing
6: easy transportation
7: potatoes
8: bananas
9: avocados
10: nice shoes that fit right
 
Here is my list of my first 10 positive things about the world

The sea, oceans etc
Aquatic life fish etc
Parks, grass, trees, waterfalls, nature etc
Free NHS
Ease of travel
The benefit system when needed
Free liberty to choose how we want to live
The solar system
Free schools
Animals
I am a simply soul and good with nice coffee
Personal organisers

Sometimes just putting things down on paper (or screen) can help clear your mind and get you back on track. Don’t be too hard on yourself for not completing it today—progress, not perfection, is key!
